Chad Kelly has encountered another setback in his path to the NFL draft.
The Ole Miss QB underwent surgery on Monday to repair a ruptured ligament between two bones in his wrist, Kelly's agent, Duray Oubre, told NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport. USA TODAY's Tom Pelissero first reported the news.
Kelly won't be able to throw for three months, per Rapoport.
Kelly cut his pro-day workout short last week, saying after the workout that he aggravated a wrist injury.
