I've heard of zero other names.

If the Bills hire Beane, the franchise is in Sean McDermott's hands.

That's a lot of power to give a first year head coach, but in a way the move is the best kind of "continuity," the Bills can have.

I don't want an "outsider" GM that never played or coached football telling the new head coach of the Buffalo Bills what he can and can not do.
