    Kouandjio signs with the Lions

Police in Detroit will now carry bathrobes in their vehicles to cover him up.

What a waste of a draft pick.

At the time, it seemed like such a no-brainer too, with most of the pundits giving him a first-round grade. He looked like a huge mistake almost immediately.

LOL. What are the odds he blossoms as a Lion?

You wanna take "slim" or "none"?

Maybe they have better K2 in Detroit.

          His contract included pants.

Lions seem to be cornering the market on failed tackle prospects, given the trade they made to get Robinson.

Yes yes. I was excited, he'd been passed over, and the look on his face and the way he carried himself to the podium when drafted made me think he was a player on a mission to make a statement.

I thought he was a pretty fierce player in college, enthusiastic aggression, but he melted fast into the just-another-guy-without-pants pool. I guess that was the statement for his mission. By damn he'll not wear pants twice in Detroit and put an emphatic stamp on history.

Yeah, I have no animosity towards him....it was NOT his fault the Bills incorrectly drafted him and/or otherwise poorly developed him.

He's only 23, turning 24 in July. If the Bills didn't already have a bookend LT with Glenn, he probably would have had more of an impact. Since he doesn't really bring much of what McDermott appears to look for (namely durability or position flexibility), he was cut.

I think he's a good signing for the Lions who are in need of a starting LT. He did a passable job as a replacement for Glenn at LT. Like I said, he's still very young and could still have a productive number of years in the league.

It's just too bad he can't play RT.

If this guy starts more than 8 games at LT on a winning team, I will eat my own feces.
