    Jets @ Buffalo - Week 3 - 1965

This was my 2nd game ever . The first was 2 weeks earlier when they opened the season on a Saturday night against Boston, winning 24-7.

Rookie Joe Namath starts for the Jets.

That TD catch by Elbert Dubenion was his last play of the season as he hurt his knee, Then #2 WR Glenn Bass was hurt a week later and lost for the season. Then #3 WR Charley Ferguson was hurt.

Bills went 2 TE the rest of the year with #4 Bo Roberson at WR with Ed Rutkowski moving over from RB to back him up.

The D carried the Bills that year. They were amazing.
