Left tackle Cordy Glenn, a mainstay on the offensive line for the Buffalo Bills, might require surgery to repair his ailing ankle. He has missed two practices after practicing fully during the first week of camp.

Glenn asked for a second opinion on his ankle from specialist Robert Anderson after experiencing discomfort this week. He is listed as day-to-day going forward, but head coach Sean McDermott said Friday night that the team “wasn’t ruling out” surgery.

This could be a massive blow.

This is why I wouldn't have cut Kujo. He played pretty well at LT last season.

Yeah, not good. Shoulda kept KuJo.

Please. Stop.

Lions sign OT Cyrus Kouandjio despite strange, pant-less incident in New York (http://www.mlive.com/lions/index.ssf/2017/06/lions_sign_ot_cyrus_kouandjio.html)

So what. Back in the day being in a field with no pants usually meant you were having a pretty good time.

This is why you drafted Dawkins.

No, I drafted Dawkins to play on the right side, not start as a rookie playing LT.

This. And early reports haven't had him looking too great. It's early for certain. But it's news like this that gets Bills fans going.

You didn't draft him.

The coaches did and he played a solid LT at Temple and already filled in there at Mini-camp. I don't care about scouting reports and simply parroting those thoughts. He moves far better than Cyrus K. ever did and will make his mistakes. The coach mentioned him immediately yesterday as the alternative. We all know he wasn't option 1...but that's why you drafted him. He can play either OT spot and Groy will no doubt get at least a look.

Also means the blocking FB will be on the field more than planned.

This OL is going to suck regardless.

No he didn't, if he did then he would of been projected as a LT in the NFL not as a hopeful RT but maybe an interior OL player due to stiff hips and heavy feet. If you're entering the season with Dawkins as the starting LT then there is a lot to be worried about.

IIRC, we heard all offseason that Glenn's ankle was fine and he'd be ready to go.

A bit of a relief...

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) — Cordy Glenn's sore left foot checked out fine and the Buffalo Bills starting left tackle is expected to resume practicing next week, a person with direct knowledge of the injury told The Associated Press.

The person spoke to the AP on the condition of anonymity on Friday because the Bills have not disclosed that information after Glenn missed his second straight day of practice. Without disclosing the nature of the injury, coach Sean McDermott referred to Glenn's injury as "general foot soreness," and said it was too early to determine whether surgery would be required.

McDermott also revealed Glenn traveled to have his injury evaluated by foot specialist Robert Anderson in Charlotte, North Carolina on Thursday.

When a human being weighs as much as Glenn does, his feet are going to hurt after a work out from time to time. This is good news.

Although possibly ruling out surgery for the time being, it still sounds to me like it's going to be a chronic all-season thing at least and the best we can hope for is Glenn can trooper through the season until next year.

This is simply a below average OL that can only get worse through injury.

NOT a NFL winning strategy.

Insert your tongue into my anus and flip it around in there just a little bit.

Gimme a little spring cleaning.

I feel that's how you got your potty mouth in the first place.

When was the last year you followed the Bills? How the **** do you come on here and tell people what's what when they've followed the Bills, and you haven't?
