Lotta turnover here for a 'squad' that is usually pretty stable from year to year.

PK--Carpenter gone Hauschka in for FGs AND KO's...maybe. Regardless, the team most likely won't carry a KOS this season.
Long Snapper - Sanborn gone Reid Ferguson in with no competition. Say 'hi' to the new guy whose name you won't remember until he blows a snap.
Punter - Schmitt is getting some serious competition from Austin Rehkow apparently, and to this point neither has distanced themself from the other. However, if it stays that way IMO Rehkow wins the job and handles at least some kick-offs.
Returner - Barring injury, it's Brandon Tate's job to lose.

Reports stated Schmitt was holding off Rehkow. He also holds for FG's and Hauschka won't want to break in another holder who may not place the laces correctly. We'll see.

KR - Jones and Tate
PR - Tate

While Tate was very good on KR's last year (22.8 ypr avg - 7th in NFL), Jones is arguably better. In 2015, Jones averaged 26.7 yards per return. Having both guys back there could prevent teams from kicking away from a returner. Jones doesn't return punts though, so Tate's job there would appear safe.
