The Baltimore Ravens have signed a free agent quarterback but it isn't Colin Kaepernick. The Ravens waived QB Dustin Vaughn and signed former Buffalo Bills starter Thad Lewis.....


Lewis hasn't played in the NFL since the 2013 season and has 1,296 career passing yards with five touchdowns. In 12 games last season, Kaepernick had 2,241 yards and 16 TDs....

How much crap does Kaepernick have to be in to be neglected in favour of a journeyman QB who has not played for 5 years?

The question no one knows the answer to is how much money is Kaepernick willing to play for? Would he have accepted the same money as Thad Lewis got?

Looks like Lewis was brought in to be a training camp arm and at best 3rd string. I doubt he makes the team. To even bring up Kap in this situation is a false equivalence. He wouldn't of been interested in this job.

Well if someone called me a slaveowner and a racist, I probably would not be enthusiastic about paying them a lot of money. Not that Cap is wrong about racism, Charlottesville, the guy in NYC killed over loose cigarettes and on and on and on strongly suggest he is right. However, again why the hell would you hurl insults at someone and then be shocked when they don't hire you? I may or may not hate my employer, but I assure you that going into my interview and job hunt that I did not slam them.
