Normally this is the type of Thursday night game I wouldn't even consider wasting time watching, but with the Bills owning the Rams 2nd round pick in 2018, we should all be rooting hard for the 49ers tonight. Looking at the Rams schedule I think it's likely they have another 8-9 losses coming, but if we want that 2nd round pick to be near the top then they need to lose some games like tonight. Right now they're around 3-point favorites, but being a road team on Thursday night is always tough and a pretty big disadvantage. Can the 9ers pull the upset?

Also, if you're a fan that wants to see the Bills tank and get a high draft pick, you should be rooting for the 9ers to win because they're one of the teams that has a great chance of picking high and desperately needs a qb.

I just saw a stat that the 49ers are 3-19 over their last 22 games, being 3-0 against the Rams.

Rams are going to kick the crap out of the 9ers. This is an up and coming team with a very solid defense, a QB showing lots of good signs after a rough rookie year, and a good receiving core. I expect at least 8-8 from them. Tonight is a lock for the Rams. 9ers have no offense and average defense.

NFL needs to get rid of the Thursday night games and bring back the Saturday games in December. Who wouldn't be on board with this?

They might just pull it off with their running game

I think they still do Saturday games the last two weeks of the regular season, don't they?

I have no hate for Sammy. I wish him the best of luck.

Solid night for Ex-Bills, Woods and Watson lead the receiving group and Robey-Coleman got an INT.

All trash players, of course.

The Bills know best.

Goff just threw a deep dime to Watkins who tracked it beautifully.

I'd guess Whitworth is settled in at LT for the Rams.

Wood and Watkins have a combined 10 catches for 200 yards with 2 minutes left in the 3rd quarter. The Rams look like they are going to be a pretty good offensive team. They have scored 46, 20 and now 34 points with a quarter to play in their 3rd game. I know there are a couple scores their defense deserves credit for, but they look like they can score. Goff, Gurley, Watkins, Woods... if the OL plays well they can score.

Now Goodwin catches a deep ball. This is like old home days for past Bills players.

Remember when Jared Goff was garbage?

Coaching matters. So does support. (not a specific Tyrod post but sort of applies)

.... nice deep ball reception by Goodwin right there.

That's a Bills problem, not necessarily a player problem.

It's been about a year since I've seen creative play designs.

Seems like Tyrod is the problem now doesn't it ? Timed routes don't matter when your QB is scrambling, let's make that change.

Do you actually know that we're running timed routes or are you just assuming because you believe it makes your point stronger even though it doesn't?
