All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
We'll score 6 or less, so unless Denver manages to wet itself, they should easily get the W.
"Expect rejection, but expect more to overcome it."

"Coach Levy is one of the most inspirational people that I have ever known."
***Thurman Thomas.***
"You're not going to find a more classier, down-to-Earth person away from the field than Marv Levy. He's a guy who's pretty much made me what I am today as far as a professional player and a person."
***Jim Kelly***
Glenn doesn't play. Von Miller spends the entire game in the Bills backfield, eventually riping Tyrod's head clear off his shoulders during a particularly vicious sack. Officials call a 15yds unsportsman like penalty on Taylor for bleeding all over the field, knocking the Bills out of fieldgoal range and sealing the shutout. We all stop discussing how bad Tyrod sucks because it's disrespectful to the deceased.
Bills lose 20-0 but we get to see what Peterman has before next years draft so it's a net win.
This seems like it may be the one game a year where the Bills pull off an unlikely upset at home. I'll go Bills 24 - Broncos 20. McCoy will be the only reason we score any points (like always), but Taylor's statline of 14-25 for 189 yards and 1 rushing TD will be enough to fool a lot of people into thinking he can someday be a viable starter.
"Miami played pretty damn good today and still got their ass kicked."
Passing game looks fairly non-existent except for a few key plays, but the Bills manage to run the ball well enough to put them in range for a few FGs. Defense plays well and gets a few turnovers including a pick-6. Bills win 16-13.

I just got a call from one of my gambling friends. He said that Buffalo matches up well scheme wise against Denver. I laughed but he persisted. Said that two ways to beat Denver D, throw quick to the RB or TE. Well, that is right in Buffalo's wheelhouse! They also play man coverage in the secondary which will open up Tyrod scrambles for big yardage. Now the Denver offense is all quick, short passes. What does Buffalo's D do well? Runs fast and tackles. Throw in the 10 AM game for them on the other side of the country, Raiders next week and you have the makings of an upset.
