They gave up 111 yards on the ground at a 4.8 per clip. I think they missed him a little bit.

There is no way of knowing how he may have affected the game. I saw a few big runs today that may not have happened if Dareus was out there. Also they rotate a ton. Having him in the rotation isn't a bad thing. It's just nice to see a defensive scheme that's working.

Thornton got absolutely man-handled on Denver's second quarter TD drive when both Anderson and Charles went for big yards and the score right up the middle.

not sure why Denver didn't go to Charles more. He seemed to be getting big gains everytime he touched the football.

We caught on to those plays & started dropping them for losses, a few time right in the backfield.

Honestly, I haven't followed his recent saga that closely - what's going on? Thought I saw something about an injury. Do we know how severe, when he might come back, etc?

He hurt his ankle during the game last week, but then returned, so I was kind of surprised he missed the game. It didn't sound that serious so I'm assuming he'll be back this week.

He may not be racking up stats right now, but this D is still a lot better with him than without. He'd be a welcome addition against a strong Atlanta offense.
