Can the Bills win 10 games? (http://www.newyorkupstate.com/buffalo-bills/index.ssf/2017/09/how_the_buffalo_bills_can_get_to_10_wins_look_at_teams_most_winnable_games.html)By Ryan Talbot | Contributing writer
The Buffalo Bills (http://www.newyorkupstate.com/buffalo-bills/) have exceeded expectations through three weeks. Leading the way has been Buffalo's defense. The unit is first in points allowed per game (12.3) and sixth in yards allowed (278.3). If the unit continues to play at such a high level, could the team find a way to get to double digit wins? It may be a long shot, but it's not as crazy as it once seemed. Here's how the Bills can get to 10 wins this season.

Win 3: Week 5 at Cincinnati Bengals
After three weeks, the Cincinnati Bengals are 0-3. There's no telling how they'll fare in Week 4, but Buffalo matches up well with Cincinnati. The Bengals are 25th in the league in run defense (129.7 YPG) which bodes well for LeSean McCoy, Tyrod Taylor and company. Offensively, the Bengals are really struggling this season. They've averaged 11 points per game through three weeks and could continue to struggle in the short-term as tight end Tyler Eifert is expected to miss the next few weeks with a back injury.

Win 4: Week 7 vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
After a Week 6 bye, the Bills will take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Tampa Bay has only played two games this season, but they didn't look anything like a playoff contender in Week 3 when they were handled by the Case Keenum led Minnesota Vikings. Tyrod Taylor's arm may be the key to defeating the Buccaneers. Tampa Bay is 31st in passing yards allowed (329.5) and 30th in overall yards (402.0).

Win 5: Week 9 at New York Jets
Buffalo's only prime-time game will come in Week 9 when they take on the New York Jets on Thursday Night Football. The Bills have already defeated the Jets once this season and despite the Jets' Week 3 win over the Dolphins, there's no reason to believe Buffalo can't complete the season sweep of New York in Week 9.

Win 6: Week 10 vs. New Orleans Saints
The New Orleans Saints can still score points in bunches. They're averaging 24.3 points per game behind the arm of Drew Brees. New Orleans' biggest problem? Their defense is still a disaster. Entering Week 4, the Saints are 30th in points allowed (26.0), 31st in yards (437.7), 30th in passing yards allowed (311.0) and 24th in rushing yards allowed (126.7). If Buffalo's defense can slow down Brees and the Saints offense, Buffalo can win this game at New Era Field.

Win 7: Week 11 at Los Angeles Chargers
Anthony Lynn and the Chargers are off to a rough start this season. The team is 0-3 and struggling in many areas. Lynn is struggling to get the run game going in Los Angeles. The team is currently 27th in the league in rushing (70.7 YPG). The Chargers are also struggling to put points on the board. Despite having Philip Rivers, the team is only averaging 16.0 points per game. The biggest reason the Bills can defeat the Chargers? Los Angeles' run defense has been atrocious. The team is allowing 146.7 yards per game on the ground. LeSean McCoy, Mike Tolbert and Tyrod Taylor could have a field day against the Chargers.

Win 8: Week 14 vs. Indianapolis Colts
Andrew Luck is expected to be back in the Colts' lineup well before Week 14. However, when the Bills and Colts face-off on December 10 at New Era Field, the quarterback may be a non-factor. Buffalo's December weather could lead to this contest being won on the ground. That certainly favors the Bills.

Win 9: Week 15 vs. Miami Dolphins
By Week 15, there's no telling who will be under center for the Miami Dolphins. Jay Cutler could still be the quarterback or the team could turn to Matt Moore. Much like the Colts game, this could come down to which team runs the ball the best. Buffalo couldn't stop Jay Ajayi last season, but Buffalo's run defense has been much improved in 2017.

Win 10: Week 17 at Miami Dolphins
From 2011-2016, the season series between the Bills and Dolphins has ended in a sweep four times. In the scenario above, the Bills would be looking for this to occur a fifth time. Buffalo's tenth win of the season would be a challenge, but the Bills' defense can keep them in just about any game based on what we've seen early this season.
