And that's proven to work for how many years in NE? Find guys that fit your system and drink the koolaid. If you have 50 guys pulling in the same direction with the same vision, it's much stronger than 45 pulling and 5 in a different direction.

Jonathan Williams must have been a real pompous smart ass dickhead to keep Tolbert instead of him. Tolbert is really bad as a runningback. Tolbert should be penciled in as a fullback.
