Buffalo versus Cincy prediction thread !!

I think the Bills win by 11, Cincy isn’t going to be moving the ball against us. Here’s a good point about how smart we are being coached...

However, this is a Buffalo Bills team that is playing smart football. I'm not sure if Cincinnati is creative enough to take advantage of the Bills because Buffalo plays a style that forces a team to execute flawlessly all the way down the field to win.

Rainy game and Cincy has been struggling to run the ball. I think the Bills pass rush, Dalton's penchant for throwing INTs, and the rain are favorable to get some turnovers on D. No Eifert and Ross might negate the Bills being without Humber and potentially without Gaines and/or Wright.

On offense the Bills will have some tough sledding running the ball against the Bengals D and without any WRs of note playing for the Bills this week, I'm sure the Bengals aren't going to gameplan too much for them. Tyrod and the offense cannot turn the ball over...I think their no turnover streak extends and I'm sure McD and Rico stressed this during the week. It's not going to be an explosive performance at all, but I don't think the Bills need to put up 30+ to win this week.

I think buffalo tightens up the run blocking for McCoy to have a solid outing. I guarantee you McDermott is prepping this team to run the ball given the weather situation and I guarantee you he has gotten onto McCoy about how he has been carrying the ball. Tyrod will put up 2 tds a d the defense will get a couple turnovers that will equate to us getting 10 more. 30-17 buffalo with most points coming against a gassed Bungle defense.

Not a good feeling about this one, even though we've done just fine with Cinci over the years. We've been getting turnovers, and good calls, and eventually that catches up.

I can't predict anything about this game, but I am hoping that Zay Jones figures things out in this game. It would help the entire passing game if they got him the ball a couple of times early - even if they are short ones. Otherwise the Bengals will look at him as a non-factor and look harder at Clay. If Jones gets involved in the passing game early, the Bills have a better chance IMO.

The Bills have to make the Bengals pay attention to Jones.

I expect the Bills run/screen game to be on point today. Dennison came out and said that they are going to start incorporating some of last years style into the gameplan since we were so successful with that and our style this year has yet to really show any results.

Dunno why so-called Bills fans would scold people that hope the team wins.

But that's what some people do, isn't it? Definitely.

Then they'll tell you they "told you so." With some people, you almost get the feeling that they actually HOPE for the scenario where this happens. Smart, smart people...and smart people are right, aren't they?
