Intercepted message last night from Bills office

You might think the Bills have all the latest communication equipment but all of the messages from 1 bills drive are sent over a rusted old telegraph radio left over from the Ralph Wilson years. Last night around 10pm I intercepted a message which I believe is from the Bills to somewhere out west in California. There was no answer.
I am not good with all that dit-dot-dot-dit-dot garbage. Maybe one of you guys can translate, there is a translator app somewhere on line but I have no use for that ****....
