Bye week didn’t do us any favors

Our team looked rusty and kept TB in it for the whole game, our defense took the whole game off.

And how nice is it we can say that after a win and not another frustrating loss?

Totally disagree as let some of our injured guys get healthy. Granted it looks like Gaines is going to be in/out of the lineup every week.

Ehhh the pass defense had some holes but they D managed to force 3 turn overs, all 3 of them were timely and especially Tre's punch out and recovery.

You aren't going to shut down every good offense, and team's are getting more and more film on the defense.

We knew going in to the season these LB's can't cover consistently.

We knew CB depth was a problem, and the more time Gaines' misses the more glaring the weakness.

Players being left totally wide open isn’t a little slip, it’s a defensive failure. We got very lucky to pull out a win, it was a backwards game for us. Maybe it’s going to take a backwards season to get us to the playoffs, it’s looking that way.

That Tamp Bay offense looks a whole lot better with muscle hamster toting the rock. They have weapons all over the place with a talented QB........the Bucs are gonna shred a lot of secondarys going forward.

On offense, the Bucs have more talent, not even close, and yet we won.

Yeah and they were both on Zo on the Howard TD's. He lost him on the playaction TE throw back, and he looked like he was running in quick sand on the first one when Howard came across.

You aren't going to win every game 17-14 unless you were the Ravens with Dilfer.

It's a passing league at Tampa has a lot of good position players and a great QB.

We just had a guy who has been with the tram 5 days have by far the best game of any WR on the roster to date.

Besides the Jets game, almost all of these games have been "fully". I'd expect more of the same, I'd also expect really good passing offense with really good QB's to have success.

That's the way the league is built. You don't see elite offenses getting shut down week after week, except Atlanta and they're an absolute mess right now.

I look at Tampa Bays roster and wonder why they are only 2-4 ? They are deeper and better than the Bills on paper.

Got some pretty good passing games coming up on the schedule...Oakland, New Orleans, Chargers, KC and New England. That's a pretty decent group of QB's.

The defense struggled, but the offense was improved, even without Clay and with Matthews still dealing with a sore thumb. The holdover injuries are getting better, and the new ones (Gaines - hamstring and Poyer - knee) appear to be less serious than first feared. Most importantly, the Bills came away with a win. Oakland is improving and Buffalo will need to improve too, but the sky is not falling.
