This was a Drew Bledsoe bobblehead that I accidentally knocked off a shelf years ago. It landed right on the head and the neck snapped. For years, I've said I was going to turn it into a Halloween decoration. Today, we finally did.

I see it as more sensible than morbid. I took what should have gone into the trash and turned it into a useful seasonal decoration.

Bledsoe was the most maddening QB I ever watched for the Bills. With guys like Losman, Fitzpatrick, Edwards, Manuel, Taylor, etc., you knew they were limited, so you really couldn't get that mad at them when they screwed up.

But Bledsoe was a perennial Pro Bowler with years of experience, and -- in between sometimes great throws -- he still routinely made dumb decisions, especially with the game on the line. Drove me nuts.
