it could mean 3 things - a simple reboot the server to clean the "cashe" and old resource files - something in the updates is using up the CPU resources. - you could have a zombie bot on the server using a boatload of CPU resources. i have experience the first one quite often. The second when i added a new "feature" to my site and the third had a friend where a hacker was using his server as a DDOS attack
