All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
Where would you poor souls in Canada be without our T-Fal Actifries?
I just got it on sale a month ago and only used it once on 3 lbs of chicken wings. One tablespoon of oil and it almost as good as deep frying them.
Turkey wings were on sale. I have them marinating them in just a few dashes of worchester sauce (for stick), chili powder, cumin, hot cayenne pepper and garlic powder. I may need to cook 8 at a time. Then I will toss in Frank's Buffalo Style Chicken Sauce.
I harvested 25 lbs of celery from the garden on Thursday and 15 lbs of carrots. Should I serve them with blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing?
Just kidding....if you said ranch -- please kick yourself in the balls since no self-respecting chicken wing eater eats them with ranch dressing.
With games at LA, at KC and NE. I'm calling this game a must win or the Bills could be out of the playoff hunt in a month.
While someone else somewhere has said that the LA game, due to it being in the division, is the more critical game, as regards playoffs, I think we need to get back on track today. Momentum matters, not just within games, but also as regards maintaining, or keeping form. Win today, and confidence can return quickly, which in turn helps with trying to go to LA and get a needed win.
The Saints have been playing well, but they haven't exactly been playing against the better teams recently. If we get back to basics, and don't turn the football over, while creating a couple for ourselves, I think we can get the better of them, although I expect it to be a close game.
42 F with no wind is not very cold, but the Saints haven't played in a game where the temp was that low since 2010 (hard to believe). Although Brees did play 4 years at Purdue and the weather there is much like Buffalo's.
The Saints have been winning with their run game and defense, neither which should be affected by the weather today. The Bills are going to have to be able to run and stop the run for a victory today IMO.
