Even the good teams have potential pitfalls
The 49ers have a new coach and Terrell Owens does not have a new contract. The Raiders have an age issue -- again -- and, although Barret Robbins is back in camp, who knows how that one will play out? Will the 49ers mesh? Will the old Raiders remain healthy? Are the 49ers back, or are they sliding again?
Guess what. The 49ers and Raiders are not the only teams with questions. Here are some of the big ones as NFL teams head into the first full week of exhibition games:
Whither Kurt Warner? The Rams' quarterback says he's fine, and a rebuilt offensive line and new fullback will try to keep him that way. Over four years, the Rams have averaged more than 400 yards and nearly 30 points a game, but won just one Super Bowl. If they don't win this year, they may begin to break up the team....
