Today was the second and final night practice. There were about 8,000 fans in attendance and they were all treated to a 15 minute autograph session afterwards. Todays practice included some 11 on 11, 7 on 7 and special teams. They also worked on the hail mary pass and the 2 minute drill at the end of the evening.

The quarterbacks were terrible overall. Bledsoe was the only bright spot on this unit. He had a pretty good practice and even looked like the leader that he is supposed to be when he gathered all the players together to conference with them about their play. Alex Van Pelt had a pretty bad practice. He threw some good passes, but most of them looked flat, wobbly were off target. We might need to get another Quarterback in here now. Travis Brown looked even worse than before. The best way to describe his passes is...incomplete and overthrown. He worked with some of the starting receivers and couldn't even connect with them. Most of his passes were not even close to the receivers. I hope we see more out of him at the Ravens game, because in my opinion he should not get the backup job as of now. CLICK HERE FOR MORE:

Nope....personally, I think it sucks that we don't have a 3rd string receiver. IMO, Alex Van Pelt is the PERFECT backup...but we need someone to groom. So far...Travis Brown has shown me nothing to get me excited.

i like travis brown but i havent been able to see him AT training Camp but really want to get a look at him in preseason....if he cant even come close to our receivers in practice Think about in a game.

That's scary...I saw a bit of Collins last night in the HOF game and he reminded me of why he's gone.

He's gone because while he was here, he'd have a wide open Reed (Andre obviously) and instead of hitting Reed, he'd try to bounce the ball off of a LBer's chest - usually resulting in a INT.

THANG GOD THE TODD COLLINS ERA ONLY LASTED 1 YEAR.
