    Today's practice

I was there today for an abbreviated period of time because of the rain.
Got to see Takeo from a relatively close distance, PW (93?), Adams (#95?), Posey, heck the whole defense running through some pretty laid back drills.
The one thing I noticed was Lebeau was running the entire first unit, and Gray was running some drills with the second unit downfield with some lineman and LB's.
    I found that pretty interesting.

Gray is the teacher and Lebeau is the fine-tuner.
Still searching for that offensive rhythm.

Gray is on the skids and LeBeau is the "heir apparent."

I don't think there's gonna be a whole lot of leeway this year for Gray. He'll be placed under a microscope.
Replace Donahoe with Modrak and fire the entire coaching staff!

        Then let's go to Disneyworld!

        GO BILLS!!!

If the Bills defense performs well this year (Like we're all hoping), who do you think will get the credit Gray or Lebeau ?

I think LeBeau is mentoring Gray and serving as a kind of de facto defensive coordinator this season. I'm not convinced he's that interested in Gray's job, although he might take it if the top job isn't available next season.
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?
