FLAGSTAFF - Anquan Boldin has yet to play a game that counts, but it's already evident he'll play a big role for the Cardinals this season.
A second-round pick from Florida State, Boldin is likely to be the team's third receiver. He's being given a long look as the punt returner, and as a former high school quarterback, he could also take some snaps in certain situations.
"We're going to do a lot of things with Anquan Boldin," coach Dave McGinnis said. "I'll put it right out there: Get prepared to see a lot of things with him as the season progresses."
Boldin has already shown the ability to handle whatever is thrown at him. He's picked up the offense quickly, and he deftly handled six punts last week against Dallas.
