Peete doesn't leave home without yoga mat

Quarterback Rodney Peete, 37, is crediting yoga for helping to keep him in good condition.

"Yoga's great," he said. "My wife got me into it. I do it at least twice a day. Once in the morning and again after practice, each time for at least 45 minutes. You don't chant, just breathe; it's controlled breathing. I do it in my room. I brought my Yoga mat; I came prepared for this training camp.

"I just started doing it about four or five months ago. It's worked wonders for me, especially at training camp, helping to eliminate the soreness. The toughest part of training camp is the morning, but aches and pains-wise, I feel pretty good. It makes me keep on doing it.
