The No Fun League is at it again....

Ravens QB Chris Redman did what Colts QB Peyton Manning wanted to do. He wore the black high-top cleats to honor the late Johnny Unitas. Now the NFL is getting ready to slap a $5,000 fine on him. I say that the Ravens organization pay the fine for him. The NFL was so stupid to do the banning from Manning and Manning should have done it anyways just to spite the NFL!

At times the league tends to be overly strict. It takes away from the fun and history of the game.

As much as it is a nice tribute to the late Unitas, I see the NFL's point. If they bend on this case, they would have to bend on other "tributes." Soon you would have players doing whatever they please with their unis.
