View Full Version : Re-Poll...
At this point, now that you know what the team's identity is beginning to shape up as, what do you think our record will be?
Just curious what everyone thinks at this point...
Personally, I think we're gonna get spanked this week in Denver. I see Denver having 200 + yards rushing and them holding us to well below what we've been doing.
A reality check.

I'm still sticking with 6 or 7 wins. If we had a few more players on defense or an easier schedule/divsion, I might go with 10.

8-8 seems to be more attainable now, than it did to me at the start of the season. Hell, we may hit 9 wins.
I'm still sticking 8 out.

It's a historical fact...win in overtime one week, get clocked the next. Ebb and flow baby…just ask the Jets. ;)
Dis okay though, by the bye week we'll be 5 and 4.

That's a good call Noc, I'd be happy with 5-4 at the bye week.

Remaining schedule:
at Denver: Unfortunately, I see this as a loss
Chicago: winnable game..."Fat Ted" hurt as is QB Miller
Oakland: Loss
at Houston: Win
at Miami: at this point, I will like a competitive game, but see loss
Detroit: better be a win
New England: we always play them tough and Drew has extra incentive
4-5 or 5-4 at bye week

after Bye week:
at Kansas City: if ya can win in Minnesota, Bills can win here.....RJ did
at NY Jets: pay back :up:
Miami: Bills will win this game!
at New England: loss...we rarely get breaks in NE
San Diego: good game and Bills are a better team this year....win
at Green Bay: loss
Cincy: win
5 and 2 after bye week thus if 4-5.....9-7 or if 5-4....10-6

I said 7 wins, and I only upped it to 8. We'll lose at Gillette, but beat them at home...at least that's what my $50.00 bet is :D

Sheesh. I said trust me.
I haven't been wrong in nearly 4 or 5 minutes.
I think we are going to win out.

This week, I'd like to see a win, but I'll call it a loss...
@ Denver-Loss
Chicago-Win
Oakland-Win
@Houston-Win
@Miami-Loss
Detroit-Win
We'll call it 5-3 half-way through...Win in Buffalo against NE ups it to 6-3 before the Bye Week...
After the Bye Week...
@KC-Toss Up
@NY Jets-Win
Miami-Win
@New England-Loss
San Diego-Win
@ Green Bay-Loss
Cincinnati-Win
I am thinking either 10-6 or 11-5.
And by the way, I think our Rushing D holds Denver to around 110 yards this week. Last week was only so bad because of Randy Moss and the Vikings Passing Game.

I like your optimism. Every week I pick the Bills to win....I'd eel kinda foolish if I picked against them and they won.

I'm still happy with an 8-8 season. I don't see us getting more then 8 wins. Our D has to step up, if we want to win more then 8 games. The O can't score 30+ pts every game.

Well yeah, you're right. But it still could happen. Although it's looking less likely than at the start of the season.
Here's my rationale:
0-1 Jets L 37-31
1-1 at Minnesota W 45-39
1-2 at Denver L
2-2 Chicago W
2-3 Oakland L
3-3 at Houston W
3-4 at Miami L
4-4 Detroit W
5-4 New England W
6-4 at Kansas City W
7-4 at NY Jets W
8-4 Miami W
8-5 at New England L
9-5 San Diego W
9-6 at Green Bay L
10-6 Cincinnati W
