All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
I don't know if my heart can stand 3 OT games in a row. someone call the ambulance.

The biggest thing we learned from the Bills is that they are a resilient bunch and did what they had to do to win instead of past years where they fold like a cheap lawn chair.

It was also the year of the infamous October snowstorm in Denver, forcing them to arrive in Buffalo way late on Saturday/early Sunday morning. I was in CO at the time, all the roads were closed, no flights were going in or out, people were stranded on the highways but they got players to the airport via snowmobile and got one flight out that day. Ya think we could of beat them after all that.
Wusses in Denver - they live in the mountains and don't know how to deal with snow!!!!!!! It was a fun day to be on the road - no one else was out and a native Buffalonian had a field day!

It's really weird that with the amount of snow they get here the roads are in crappy shape...
What other Easterners tell me is that it's illegal to dump salt on the roads because of drainage issues, so they use sand, which does absolutely nothing for the roads. Plus, here in Colorado Springs, they wait until it is daylight to plow since most snow falls overnight and they expect it to melt with rising temps during the day.
Last night's game was, without a doubt, the worst ever. Rest assured, I was on the internet within minutes, registering my disgust throughout the world.
Yep. That was the game. The Bills were down 20-0 but AVP led them back after taking over for Todd Collins. Denver was undefeated at the time and we could have handed them their first loss but for that terrible play call. I think it actually knocked us out of field goal range. DOH!
