All are young with some playing experience......never sit on your laurels....be prepared

This begs the question: If the Bills were to pick up another defensive tackle, who would be cut? Tyrone Robertson? Ryan Denney? Kendrick Office?

Of those three would it really matter?

I suppose that it would be Robertson cuz he's been inactive .....no way they let Denney go this year........Office has been getting playing time

Indeed...

Let's face it however, it ain't gonna be until next year that we'll be able to fix our DL. Waiver wire guys aren't going to cut it.

TD chose to completely neglect the line, and now we're paying the price. Plain and simple.

I mean it's not like this was predictable or anything...

Well, Mr. Expert,

Who would you have cut and who would you have signed instead?

TD did a great job this off season IMO. Like I have been saying all along this was a two year project. He got us offense this year which, BTW makes us an exciting team at the very least.

As bad as the D has been. They're still better than I thought they would be. I thought opponents would score on every drive against us:)

Wys,

Yes he did neglect the line. BUT he chose to completely stack the offense! We now have the number one offense in the league. At worst a top 10 O. A top flight QB is much harder to find than the capable DT that we need. There will be plenty of options next year. HE HAD TO CHOOSE ONE OF THE TWO OPTIONS. Personally I'm happy that he didn't choose yours.

IF WE HAD A BETTER DT LAST YEAR WE WOULD HAVE STILL SUCKED!!!!!!!!

Now we at least have a fighting chance.

There were way too many holes to fix to get it all done in one offseason. Besides, I don't see the problem as being our DL. I think they've played pretty well so far. It's the linebackers that aren't playing up to par.

Crazy theory:

Could we be trying a "rent a tackle" approach for Denver's fierce OL to clobber (and chop block) -- thereby protecting our regular DL starters from injury? Personally, I think it might be a good idea . . . . .

I'll reserve judgement on our D-line for a few more games.

Yeah, it looks like it's our linebackers who have sucked so far. The only one that I've been impressed with is Newman. Fletcher and especially Robinson have been BIG dissappointments.
