View Full Version : Gary gone?

Teams in the market for a running back have two they can choose from as Buffalo's Olandis Gary and Pittsburgh's Chris Fuamatu-Ma'afala were being shopped around this week. Both teams are asking for a third-round pick in exchange for the players, a price that is far too high. If somebody will part with a seventh-round pick for either of those two, look for them to be traded. If not, they face being released, especially Gary, who has not impressed in Buffalo.

If anyone can get a pick out of this, TD can.

A 7th rounder? id rather keep Gary than get a guy who will be cut.

I think gary should stay but burns is doing a great job so far and has come a long way. so insted of HENRY,GARY,MORRIS it would probably be HENRY,MORRIS,BURNS or HENRY,BURNS,MORRIS. I liked the thought of having gary but maybe the rise of burns changed there minds.

No way! This is total BS. Gary has impressed a lot at camp. I wonder where CBS got this info.

I dont know about this, on Howard Simon today, Jeff Morrison said Olandis Gary was coming in as the main back on goal line situations today

That doesn't mean much dog. Could actually mean they're taking one last look before cuts.

I highly doubt it wys, if hes been in there on most goal line situations in the preseason and hes in there with the first team offense, it doesnt look like hes a goner

Hey Wys...whats your beef with Bledsoe???? It seems you are always on him about something and now i see that stupid cartoon in your signature. Are you one of those wacked out people that think we would have been better off with Rob Johnson or Jeff Blake????????

Why is it that everyone thinks that Gary won't be the goal line back? He has been in on goal line situations in the preseason and apparently now in practices, so I would say it is safe to say he will be the goal line back. I started a thread about this earlier and was told not to read too much into it, because after all, it is only preseason. Gary will be the goal line back! Mark my words.

I think Gary has done pretty well, esp. on the goal line O. It's BS.

id be happy if we could get a third rounder for gary considering all the depth we have at rb. with burns and morris and sooner or later mcgahee, gary will rarely have any chance to contribute. plus TD is very good at finding a lot of talent in the middle and late rounds.

A 3rd rounder for Gary would be highway robbery. They'll never get it. Besides, they need him on the team Won't happen.
