Clump's projected cuts and new depth chart

My projected cuts to 68 (Bills have 3 NLFE roster exemptions):

IR/injury waived/injury settlement: OT Gary Byrd

    Released, Cut, and/or waived:

    RB Demond Parker
    WR James Jett
    WR Andre' Rone
    TE Raymond Thomas
    OL Richard Seals
    S Jerton Evans

RB Willis McGahee counts vs roster presently
S Ainsley Battles is presently under a roster exemption

    DEPTH CHART

QB(3): Bledsoe, Van Pelt, T. Brown
RB(6): Henry, Morris, Burns, Gary, Simonton, McGahee*
    FB(2): Gash, Crosby
WR(8): Moulds, Reed, Shaw, Coleman, C. Johnson, Wright, A. Brown, Aiken
TE(4): Campbell, D. Moore, Neufeld, McDonnell
OL(10): Jennings, R. Brown, Teague, Pucillo, M. Williams, M. Price, Sullivan, Tucker, Sobieski, Houghton
    K/P/LS(3): Lindell/Moorman/Dorenbas

DE(6): Schobel, Denney, McKenzie, M. Jones, Kelsay, Irons
DT(5): P. Williams, Adams, Edwards, Bannan, Sape
OLB(6): Spikes, Posey, Polk, Stevenson, Crowell, Stamer
    MLB(3): Fletcher, Spoon, Haggan
CB(6): Clements, Winfield, K. Thomas, McGee, Sidney, Floyd
S(5): Wire, Prioleau, Reese, S. Turner, Driver, Battles**

    On the bubble:

    OL: Houghton, Tucker
    RB: Gary, Simonton
WR: C. Johnson, Wright, A. Brown
    TE: McDonnell, Neufeld

    DL: Irons, Sape
    LB: Stamer, Haggan
    CB: Floyd, Sidney
    S: Driver, Turner

I believe that Bills will look for another TE, S, and veteran interior OL via either the waiver wire or trade.

The final depth chart looks pretty accurate imo. I have questions with Mcdonnell, C. Johnson, and T. Brown, and Spoon though.

I think Tucker, Stevenson, Aiken and Driver will survive, while Houghton, C. Johnson, and Gary will be gone, giving us 53. The PS will be Sape, Haggan, A. Brown, Simonton and Evans.
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?

In the article on the front page, they have Spoon as being in danger of being cut.

Anyone agree with this? He really hasn't made any noise at camp or preseason games.

I don't know. Has he even been playing? I didn't notice him once while watching at the stadium or on TV.

Stevenson has stepped up. He even caught Marv's Levy's attention. I still think we will keep Spoon.

Anyone else with me in thinking we don't need McDonnell or a 3rd TE? They haven't shown anything.

Who I think will get cut (I think this brings us down to 52, but we'll need a new 3rd stringer):

                    B.Spoon(LB), C.Johnson(WR), J.Jett(WR), G.Irons(DE), D.Parker(RB), A.Battles(S), R.Seals(OL), J.Evans(S), Simongton(RB), Wright(WR), Neufield(TE), Tucker(OL), Houghton(OL), Sape(DT), Stamer(OLB), Floyd(CB), Driver(FS), Brown(WR), Byrd(OL), Burns(RB), Thomas(TE), Brooks(CB)

                    **T. Brown (IR)
                    **McGahee (will not count)

                    Practice Squad: Sape(DT), Irons(DE/DT), Burns(RB), Houghton(OL), Brown(WR)

A note on Spoon: Spoon has looked awful the few times I’ve seen him in there, slow, sluggish, not worth keeping. I've seen a lot more from the backups. Furthermore, he is not playing well on ST (if at all), which is the surefire death of a "bubble player"

My wife told me that if I had a dollar for every girl who found me unattractive, girls would find me VERY attractive.

                    MY WIFE SAID THAT!!!

I agree with your selections Ingtar, especially about Spoon and Johnson getting cut.
I can't help but think that somehow Brown makes it for KO and punt returns, and Burns finds a way on the roster. I'm not sure how, maybe Aikens goes on the practice squad, and something happens with Gary.

I noticed him playing with the third stringers. Mario Haggan moved past him on the depth chart.
