Actually I get heartburn at the drop of a hat. Tomato based stuff usually, pasta sauces and stuff amongst other things. But I NEVER get it w/ my wing sauces. Don't know why that is. No tomato in them. No caffeine or sugar. :shrug:

Interesting you ask. I met a guy down here who has 3 wing/bar stores up and will have 5 by the end of the year. I'm planning on speaking with him to see if there's something we can collaborate on. I don't want to start my own, rather I'd prefer to work w/ someone on theirs. It'd be too much for me to do both. I know my limitations for a 5 hour day. LOL

Seriously though, he can use some help w/ his menu and I've got some awesome ideas as heard here and as offered by many of you. I'll let you know when we begin working together. He's from Buffalo too!

BTW, I really and truly believe that in about 2 more years, this will be widely known to be the best Buffalo Wing sauce on the market. Everyone, professionals who try it, instantly recognize it as such. I've already got it selling in England....

I can't even chew mint flavored gum anymore! It was part of a ritual I had when golfing...buy a pack when I paid for my round :(
