TAMPA - The injury bug barely brushed its wings against the Buccaneers during the preseason.
But the world champions have lost tight end Rickey Dudley for 6-10 weeks with a high left ankle sprain.
The 6-foot-6, 255-pounder is the biggest target for quarterback Brad Johnson and a key player in the multiple tight-end sets coach Jon Gruden likes to deploy against the Eagles, whom the Bucs open the season against Sept. 8.
Dudley was injured on a running play during the first series of the Bucs' 34-3 victory against the Texans in Thursday's final preseason game....
