ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 18 — Zacarias Moussaoui, accused of conspiring in the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, stunned a packed courtroom Thursday by acknowledging that he is a member of al-Qaida and twice attempting to enter a guilty plea. The judge did not immediately accept the guilty plea, instead giving him a week to reconsider.

Personally.... IMO...... if he wants to plead guily - don't argue - give him a week then hang him. We can reuse the rope for the next one.

I know that Judge. Judge Brinkema is the only female judge in Alexandria, the rest are men. I'm surprised at her, she was always tough. I guess her reasoning is since he is now defending himself, she doesn't want her decision to let him plead guilty come back to bite her in the ass. She probably wants to make sure the guilty plea will stick. John Walker Lynn plead guilty too, but he has lawyers.

johnny basically plead to lesser charges or at least to just 2 of them. (serve up to 20 (10 for each charge if convicted).

it's a little vague to me.do you mean big-as in m.williams sized inmates or big-as in j.holmes sized inmates?
