yes, but this guy could be had a bargain. he will be healed and ready to go around week 4-5 i would assume, and that is without a cast. he could play before that with a cast of some sort.
he is young and fast, and has a history of good play.

I believe any team signing a player that has been "waived-injured" must inherit their previous contract. I'm gonna look into this

I don't think we need to replace Reese, but to add a 4th Safety. We're awfully thin with just 3 on the roster.Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?
