Deal could have been rule-breaking back door deal

It has been reported that the contract TD brought to Milloy might have actually been written before Milloy was cut!

    That could cost draft picks.

Obviously this is all speculation, but something to think about.
    I'm lost.

          They'd need to prove that.

            How would they prove it?

I don't buy this one bit.

I suggested in another post that it wouldn't suprise me if TD had it already to go and was just waiting for Milloy to be let go.

But wouldn't that be pretty hard to prove?

                    What do you mean?

I can understand not negotiating with milloy or his agent, but the Bills can't have a stack of blank contracts in their desks in case certain players fall out of trees?

                    That's absurd.

Collusion is an NFL crime- and should be punished. But this sounds like sour New England grapes so far.

have ANY of my previous posts sound like sour grapes?

Listen, check Patsfans.com, but remember, THIS IS ALL SPECULATION!

What I am saying is......Milloy figured it would come to this, and he may have mentioned a couple things to TD like keep some cap room open in case I am cut.

                      All specualtion, dont flip out.

Milloy is a great player and I hope he does well with you guys. Obviously I will root harder for Bledsoe because he saved our team
                      I'm lost.

How is it illegal if TD was indeed saving cap room? That's just being a smart GM if he gets wind of a player soon to be released.

The only thing that is illegal is if TD had an offer out before he was cut.

I don't think TD is that stupid.

There very well COULD have been a deal in place beforehand. However TD knows the rules and wouldn't get caught if that was truly the case. I'm not worried.

Not flipping out- but I got to ad my 2 cents on a thread that starts off with a collusion charge.

Sorry if I did not make this clear earlier, I assumed you had sources (like other MB's) that were putting this silly stuff out there. I was referring to their sour grapes.

You can't have collusion if he doesn't or hasn't signed.

I think TD didn't have anythingworth spending his space on. He's holding on to it for just this occurance, or if nothing came along, he can extend people with it later in the season. It's called "flexibility"
