"The Canadian fan base is important to our overall attendance but, quite frankly, we would like to see it play an even more significant role," Bills vice-president of communications Scott Berchtold said.
"We know there are many Bills fans in Canada who have not made it to Ralph Wilson Stadium. Those are the fans we are trying to reach through better efforts."
