Do you think Drew will be NFL MVP at the end of this season?

I say that if he keeps up the trend of the past couple weeks, it's very likely. He is a high profile player, with the most impact on a team that is turning itself around from a year ago. Of course there are other variables like record etc., but it looks like a definite possibility. Your thoughts?

I think it's a definite possibility IF the Bills make the playoffs.

too early to tell. I doubt it but I could see him in the running if we make a run to the playoff.

agree with bduff, definately jumping the gun here. I'd be surprised to see him as the MVP of the league. That'd be awesome though!

No way ,no How, too much talent around the league to be wasted on someone like this.

There is no way you can say that if he keeps this pace up and we make the playoffs that he wouldn't at least be in the running. Again these are huge IFS though.

Too early to tell. You may as well ask if Josh Reed is going to be rookie of the year.

I thiunki it is bad karma to suggest these things

Josh Reed could very well be Offensive Rookie of the year, and if Coy Wire gets his pass coverage skills a little sharper, he could get the complimentary Defensive Rookie of the year award too.

I have to agree, it is too early, but all of these players could nominate themselves by having good games against Denver. I still say that if we beat Denver, we deserve to be in the top 10 of ESPN's power rankings, and Tom Jackson should be fired on account of being legally ******ed.

ublinkwescore says Wcoastfinfan was dropped on his head as an infant, fell from an airplane through the ugly forest, landed on the ugly rock, drank from the ugly river, got home late, and was beaten by his ugly parents with the ugly stick like an ugly redheaded stepchild.

Uh, someone DID ask if Reed would be ROTY in another post. This is no more far fetched a question than predicting a team's record, and I'm sure most of you have done that at some point in the past couple of months.

I'm will say that Drew is in a better position than most for the award. He was part of a highly hyped trade to help turn around the third worst team in the league from a year ago. So far, his play has overshadowed the hype and the media is taking notice. If the Bills end up with a winning record (with the toughest 2002 schedule), and Drew continues to play even close to what he has been the past 2 weeks, he'll certainly be in the top 3 or 4 players in the MVP voting. Three others that, as of now, could also be right up there are McNabb, Brady, and Ricky Williams.

It's a possibility, but I say comeback player of the year could be more likely to happen.
