What in the hell is it with the NFL and this new "pay extra" to watch these damn games? They aren't hurting for money - FFS.

I got home from work this morning and mom was highly annoyed that to watch the early game you had to sign up (pay more money) for a different service. Needless to say, we don't watch TNF and now the stupid overseas money grab either.

I see Jax managed to lose that game. I've got to stop picking them to win.


Our options here are the Steelers/Eagles (which we're going with) or the Cardinals/Vikings.

I'm going to start with the Lions/Phins. If the Lions make it a game I'll stay with this one as my main game and just flip around during commercials.

When I was getting ready for work around 0400, some talking head mentioned that he's got the starting job back and took all the 1st team snaps. Then there was a long pause with a little laugh and he said something like, "well, he took all the 1st team snaps last week and we saw how that turned out".
