Sparty's Personal Dilemma -- Does He Root for the Vikings & Browns to Beat Our Bills?

Tomorrow the Bills play the Vikings.


The next week the Bills play the Cleveland Browns.


Sparty claims to be a Bills fan however:


(1) He also claims to be of Viking descent; and
(2) He was a Cleveland Browns fan in the 60's.


So the burning question is -- WHO WILL SPARTY ROOT FOR?

Well, I was a Browns fan before the Bills drafted OJ Simpson, and surprising to me I am told by Ancestry.com that I have some Norwegian ancestry. My family tree makes no mention of it, however. My best guess is that among my Scottish ancestors there was intermarriage with Vikings, who occupied Scottland during parts of the first Millenium. Thus, I am, like Sparty, both. I think I'm probably as diehard as anybody as a Bills fan, however. BTW, the original Browns deserted Cleveland for a better stadium deal and became the Baltimore Ravens. They have no attraction for me either.

I believe Sparty became a Bills fan when the Browns located to Baltimore.

Pretty sure there is some Viking in him since his skull is 2" thick and the size of a large pumpkin.
