I think McDermott's style of coaching is lacking. They've never been consistent under him, they rise and plunge. They'll close strong again, can't see them winning a Super Bowl though because they'll plunge again too. He's a motivational HC, not a nuts and bolts football guy.

It’s really easy to blame a head coach and let an OC that hasn’t called a second half for over 4 weeks get off uncritically

Dorsey blows at calling second halves and red zones.

I credit Daboll for making our re rivers not named Diggs seem really good. They are not.

I complained that Daboll never made an adjustment minus 2-3 games last year. Dorsey cannot adjust.

Cannot let go of urge for the home run. Why sling it when all you need is 6-8 yards to move closer. Your QB hasn’t been sharp, why launch into the endzone from the 20. It was first down… then you do it again?
