What is the comparison there? Running the ball from your end or near midfield is very different than in the red zone. Defenders start to get crammed in. From the 7 they only have 17 yards to defend. The INT is the killer not trying to throw the ball.

Dorsey is killing me with his all or nothing play calls. Daboll seemed like he was trying to get first downs time and time again. Dorsey is going for knock outs on 2nd downs, in crucial moments. Against the jets, on the play Allen got hurt on, why is he winding up a 40 yard pass on 2nd down with over a minute remaining? And today was more of the same. That last pick, It's scary that Josh really thought he saw something there. He had no business throwing that ball. Again, with plenty of time.

At one point I said "this elbow injury might be a good thing, cause it forced them to show that they can play more balanced football--and it's working." They are good but perhaps they were also running off of the fumes of Daboll, before the bi. Josh loved that guy. He said it many times. Dorsey is a downgrade in more ways than one and McD is hands off. It is catching up to us and Josh is back to hero ball.
