Nope. Rams strategy. Short quick releases dink and dunk patient until it’s time to take the top off.

GFS model casually throwing out 30"+ of snow for the Buffalo area late week into the weekend. Still far too early to get overly detailed and specific. But the setup certainly appears favorable for the potential of FEET of snow downwind of Lake Erie.

Browns running game is coming to town. Beware Bills!

SPOT ON!!!!! Especially Josh Allen. I love him, but he is the cause of the three losses.

I'm thinking they have no to little run defense ..... I'd take the pressure off Josh this week and feature the run game a lot more.

Let's get Hines involved a lot more this week.

Cleveland will come back with the run, eating clock, which will make us pass. It's going to be a winter wonderland game.

Last two weeks, the Bills have been trampled by the 20th and 24th ranked rushing offenses. Cleveland is 5th.

Oh, Cleveland will rush.

We need to run as well and get better at screens .... ball control.

Our secondary should not cost us as much angst this week.

This has gotta be physical like it or not.

We are not gonna magically have a run game. Rob passes and dump offs. Yes. But trying to run and setting up 3rd and 7 every drive is painful

Singles gets 10 then 12 then 1,2,2,1,3 … thus the knock name singles. Throw to him over the middle. Earlier this season it was beautiful.

You don't run every play but you absolutely need to keep it in the mix.

Never abandon it.

Defense won't be able to key.

Right now our offense is very good I want great unstoppable ..... no punting would be nice.

Take all points when they are presented and keep grinding them into the ground AIR and GROUND.

Have any of you actually lived in the snow belt of Buffalo???

There is NOT going to be “blizzard conditions”. I already detailed what the weather service is saying (http://www.billszone.com/fanzone/showthread.php/261690-RUMOR-The-game-will-be-delayed-until-Monday…?p=4977420&viewfull=1#post4977420) today. What defines a “blizzard” is extreme winds....19 MPH is not extreme winds. There have actually been very few true “blizzards” in WNY in history. Many instances of severe snow fall but hardly any “blizzards”

I was there for the only one in my lifetime while living in Buffalo from 1955 to 1990, “The Blizzard of 1977 (https://buffalonews.com/news/local/the-blizzard-of-77-buffalos-storm-for-the-ages/article_a1f09326-af4b-5cfe-aee9-eb8775445a00.html)”

The lake effect warnings END at 1AM Saturday. Plenty of time to clean up before Sunday’s game.

There will NOT BE “30” of snow” on the field at game time.

The field will be completely clear, with the only sign of snow some limited piles on the sidelines near the stands.

The weather is not going to have that much effect on the game, and Josh Allen will be throwing like he usually does (although hopefully better than the last 2 1/2 games).

It WILL BE like a “normal Sunday”, so yeah, the Bills will probably beat the Brownies by 20.

I have been driving all over new york state my whole life there are places in WNY that get persistent snow bands of lake effect snow that render white out conditions. That is a blizzard sorry if it doesn't meet your weather channel mind. Have been to a few games in very severe weather the snow games were all awesome but sometimes hard to see. Two lakes meet there and create a big mess of weather nonsense.

And if some storm dumps several feet of snow on the stadium in the 48 hours leading up to game time it can make a very big mess to clean up. That has happened before but the weather events already happened and all they needed to do was clean up...if they end up with any situation where an extreme weather event is timed such that it goes right through game time after a big dump that is a huge logistical problem.

If it’s a running game Josh won’t be able to run at all.

If there is no way to throw the ball the Cleveland defense will have their eyes on Josh all day. He runs when defenses are busy covering our WRs and backs.

It’s either we throw or run with a traditional run game. Running Josh would be risky.

I’ve lived 63 years in upstate NY and for over 30 years of my career worked in sales and sales management being “on the road". Some years I racked up 60,000. The average amount I drove those 30 years was about 30,000+ miles per year.

I have (I suspect more than you) driven in all kinds of winter weather, persistent snow bands of lake effect snow that render white out conditions, many, many, many, many times. But they are NOT “blizzards”

That is a FACT.

And yes, "if some storm dumps several feet of snow on the stadium in the 48 hours leading up to game time it can make a very big mess to clean up.”...so what?

If you have "driving all over new york state my whole life” then you know that the area are experts in cleaning up roads in very short period of time. If the weather reports are even close to accurate, almost all of the actual snow falling down in the area around Orchard Park (and for a relatively large area around it) will be done 36 hours before game time.

This is a typical lake effect event that a lot of us here have lived through many, many times. I don’t know how old you are...I’m 67 years old. When you write that "I have been driving all over new york state my whole life” that could mean for only 10 to 15 years if you are in your late 20’s or 30’s.

I drove "all over New York State” for about FORTY FIVE YEARS.

You watch. The game will be played in Orchard Park. There will NOT BE “30” of snow” on the field at game time. The field will be completely clear, with the only sign of snow some limited piles on the sidelines near the stands.

And, The weather is not going to have that much effect on the game, and Josh Allen will be throwing like he usually does (although hopefully better than the last 2 1/2 games).

I appreciate your going to “a few games in very severe weather the snow games were all awesome but sometimes hard to see.”. The games were played. And THIS game is not going to have the conditions that you experienced before.

BTW....the latest weather report for game time in Orchard Park is:

“Partly to mostly cloudy and windy. A few flurries or snow showers possible. High 27F. Winds W at 20 to 30 mph.”

The national angst concerning the weather is SO typical of the hysteria that people that don’t have a clue of the realities of WNY talk about. I have been all around the country in my sales management career. When people hear I am from Buffalo, the ignorance comes flooding out.

I patiently try to educate them, usually to no avail. Experienced WNY’ers should know better and not be spreading the panic.

You're so objective...

Those rushing yards are a direct result of our ability to pass. If our passing attack is compromised due to injury, field position, weather etc, our ability to run is severely limited.

We'll be screwed against them if the weather is a big factor.

Your facts of our success of a ruuning attack are dependent on our ability to pass. No?

Bad weather limits the ability to pass.

Therefore, bad weather limits our ability to run.

I'm thinking they have no to little run defense ..... I'd take the pressure off Josh this week and feature the run game a lot more.

Let's get Hines involved a lot more this week.

We need more cowbell.

National media plastered with "WNY" "BLIZZARD" in case you missed it. Liberal media. Conservative media. Neutral media. Hell even Jazira knows there are blizzards in WNY.
