My sources say its a 3 year deal worth 12.3 Million. The major factor was his friend ship with Tebucky Jones and that he feels he can make a smoother transtion with the saints because he knows what Tbuck is thinking.

Another members comments:
Sources tell me that both Washington and New Orleans have made better offers to Milloy. Sources also tell me that Jones has been in constant contact with Milloy and may be the deciding factor. Saints have also been reported to be willing to go long term on the deal. IMO, the Saints have the upper hand at this moment, but that may all change. Also, both Washington and New Orleans have afforded more time than the Bills as Washington plays tomorrow and will not dress Milloy if signed and New Orleans plans to start Jay Bellamy next week regardless of what happens with Milloy. If Milloy signes with the Saints expect him to dress this weekend and see spot duty, also expect him to start at home against Houston.

I'm starting to get pissed off that it has taken him this long to decide. If he can't realize that the revamped Bills D would be a great place for him to be, then screw 'em!

Notice that rumor was started by someone from New Orleans. I live minutes from New Orleans and i've been listening to local media all day and there is no rumors running around here at all.
