Balls

OL.........Running between the tackles. Converting 3rd and short with the RB's.! Even Quessenberry. He was bad against the pass but he was playing on 1 leg.

Singletary and Cook.............a running game makes a huge difference.

Diggs.........an average night is still 7 catches for 92 and a TD

Josh........did what he had to didn't turn the ball over in the RZ

Goats...............refs. What's Hamlin supposed to do? Let the WR catch the TD? Kicking him out was BS!

Balls:
Josh
O-line
Running Game
Phillips was all over the field

Goats:

None but Dorsey needs to understand the situation better. After we had that long 14 play TD drive, a quick 3 and out. A tired defensive and we come out passing. That would have be the a great time to pound the ball. It didn’t hurt us, but it could have.

Run and don't go away from it.

I love when they run between the tackles !!!

Balls, OL and Rbs. I don't know if anyone thought they could have run the ball that well tonight.

The NFL's leading pass rusher, Matt Judon had a quiet night...and rushing the ball...they still was successful on 60 % of their 3rd down conversions.

Special game ball to Quess for toughness. He got hurt on the first play of the game, but knew the alternative was Bobby Hart. He toughed it out.

The DE's stepped it up a bit when needed. Ill temper it a bit because the Pats were down to their 3rd RT.

They held the Pats to 10 pionts, with one fluke TD by the Pats. Their leading receiver was a DB.

NO goats, it was a big win in the division.

Balls:

For the first time in weeks everyone on this team from the Pegs to the guy who steam cleans the jock straps. Short handed on defense, against a team that had this game circled and it did not matter one ****ing bit.

Goats: refs, how was that not a pick?

Even though they drove me nuts at the end of the first half and beginning of the second because they were trying to keep the Patriots in the game, that was a really solid, no-frills win. Quissenberry showed a lot of gut and heart, the dline got pressure, the rest of the o-line was getting good push and hustle in the run game, so if anybody deserves a little extra shout-out I'd give it to the trenches.

Only team in NFL history to win 3 Thursday games in a season, especially considering the circumstances surrounding the last two weeks that's an accomplishment.

Any road division win is huge. Balls around.

Edmunds was noticeable. Actually filling the gaps and making plays behind the LOS.

Tre white. /secondary. Did Jones have any plays the WRs for more than 5 yards before garbage time?

Allen’s check downs. He took James cook/singletary on some nice Checkdowns that cook took for 7-9 yards.

Cook/singletary. There was one play singletary was stopped behind the LOS but then somehow went 10 yards for a first.
It’s only a matter of time before cook breaks a long td run/screen.

DL- has mac running all night. Couldn’t close the deal but mac was also running back 15 + yards. We’ll let him do that.

McDermott. Team looked ready/poised the whole game. It’s nice going into NE a favorite and dominating.

Only goat is Hamlin

He stinks. He plays reckless and was the reason for New England’s only TD.

Ball to the entire organization, from the ticket office on down.

The Bills were forced to play three road games in the span of what? 12 days?

The logistics involved in that are tremendous, not to mention the play on the field, which, by the way resulted in three road wins.

I honestly cannot recall a team ever playing back to back Thursdays.

It says a lot about the team's work ethic and the systems the staff has implemented.

Now kick the **** out of the Jets, and squish the fish and lets win this goddam thing!

Goats to the coaching staff for not recognizing that Quessenberry was absolutely useless out there, and visibly hurt. I don't care if Bobby Hart is the next guy up. Put someone in who at least has two healthy legs, and then keep a TE over there to help every single time.

This coaching staff makes me scratch my head sometimes.

I really dont get the Hamlin ejection....I could ALMOST (but not) see a penalty there, but agree is he supposed to just let the guy catch the ball? he didnt lead with the helmet, didnt even really make contact with his own helmet on any part of the receiver, so its kinda BS. Almost seems that any big hit on a WR these days is just gonna be flagged, and then the ejection is just ludicrous.

It was a blatant penalty. He launched his shoulder into the WR's head. It's the exact thing the NFL is trying to get out of the league.

Maybe the ref could have added "by rule" when he ejected him, but yeah, it is what it is.

It was a shoulder shot to the head. It doesn't have to be intentional and no one is claiming it was a dirty play. They look at the result, not the intent so much. It was a head shot on a defenseless receiver. And by rule, that causes an ejection.

Its a safety thing.

i can't call him a goat

when they run him into an unblocked linebacker with no help twice, what's he supposed to do? fly?

I was thinking about him and Marlowe, so far we wasted a couple draft picks. I’m hoping the are saving some “Hines Special” plays for the playoffs?

Hurdle.

there was nowhere to hurdle to or run in those situations if i recall correctly
they were poor playcalls

I rewatched the game this morning, I’m going to give another goat to all the drops. Didn’t hurt us last night but it could have and will hurt us at sone point. Poor concentration.

A sweet and needed divisional victory, balls to everybody.

I won't give them a goat, but deserve a bad play mention:

Hamlin game today was a bit off.
Davis hands so so.
Knox poor blocking at times, awful drop.
Quasimodo (games before and after the injury), Saffold and Brown too slow on pass protection

Agreed they were bad playcalls.

Take away his goat and give it to the Ref who took Poyers INT away. 2nd time this year the Bills had Ints (Edmunds Jets) taken away.

Hines only goat.
Huge disappointment so far. Expected more.

Flip side is that they're finally using Cook, who is basically a younger Hines. I think Hines is insurance for the most part.

Didnt want to start a new thread about this, but is it just me or does anyone else notice that as soon as Cook gets the ball and tries to take off, he more often than not trips on his own feet?

They lost his spikes and he had to wear Jordan Phillips spikes! Seriously, yeah I did. It seemed to happen in the open field.

Holy **** .... my 1st thought was if that's true he should play better when he gets his own shoes and I thought he played alright for the most part.

Who needs a new pair of shoes?

There was a play they had Hines in motion and I was hoping Josh would throw him the ball.

That would have been huge maybe even a TD.

Did anybody else see that one?

I thought somebody would alert Josh to use it the next time the opportunity came up.

But it never did it was a perfect misdirect play.
