One of the most important aspects that put a team over the top are the leadership and character of the team.
I think TD addressed that particular area bigtime.. on offense, we have Drew, Moulds, R.Brown and Gash .. on the defensive side, we have Fletcher (former leader of the Rams D, they really missed him last season) .... Spikes (Leader of the Bengals D and has worked his a$$ out the whole time he was there and was their heart and soul).... and now Milloy.
I see this team doing great things just for having this underrated advantage.
