who is next up at safety ?

Im sorry to ask but who takes Demar's place at safety?
In my day we did not have self-esteem... we had self-respect, and no more of it then we earned.

Marlowe or move Rhodes to Safety. I'd add a guy like Jeff Heath for depth

        Jaquan Johnson.

        There’s also Cam Lewis.

Lewis might have to replace Taron Johnson, unless McDermott decides to go with big nickel Neal to counter New England's run game.

They could use the formula they had vs the Bears too. I seemed to see a lot of 3 LB on the field in that game, if I'm not mistaken.

Snap counts from the Bears game...looks like Klein did get a few more than normal, but both Edmunds and Milano weren't 100% like normal either.

Troy Polamalu is a free agent, and per the Head and Shoulders commercials, is never not working.
Wake up, brush your teeth, and get ready for a day of hating the Dolphins. Or the Pats? How to choose?

I don't know why anyone would think he's coming back for the playoffs.

Recovery for what he had done is 6-9 months usually.

Bills have announced the signing of safety Jared Mayden to the active roster.

Mayden, 6-0 and 205, was most recently with New York Jets' practice squad. The safety spent just under a month with the Bills this season when he was signed to their practice squad in October.

Mayden has also spent time with the Eagles and the 49ers. He played in four games with Philadelphia in 2021 and recorded six total tackles. The safety has played in six career games since coming into the NFL in 2020.

Mayden is an undrafted free agent out of Alabama. He is from Dallas, Texas.

To make room for this move, the Bills have released cornerback Xavier Rhodes.
