I hope they at least gathering as a team and having an open forum so they can all talk about what happened Monday. I really hope that if they don't already have one, they bring in a professional to help with the trauma of having to go through that for everyone involved.

Somebody was speaking on NFL Sirius today and noted the Bills are probably the most proactive and equipped team in the league regarding mental health services, so apparently they have the people in place and at their disposal.
