All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

You may have wondered where Bills PBP man John Murphy was on Monday night.
The answer, per the Bills' Twitter feed: Murphy suffered a stroke last weekend and was taken to Buffalo General Medical Center. The team further noted in a statement that Murph has already been released and is recovering at home. In the interim, Chris Brown will continue to fill in on PBP in the meantime.
John Hemingway(facing certain death): I want to see Buffalo win the Super Bowl.
David Coltrane(threatening John): Nobody's going to live that long, pal.
-The John Larroquette Show, "A Dark and Stormy Night", 4/12/94
Jeez louise! Poor Murph! I'm sure Chris Brown will do great, but the broadcast won't feel the same without Murph's trademark voice. Prayers that he's back to full health soon.
This is one helluva year.
Wake up, brush your teeth, and get ready for a day of hating the Dolphins. Or the Pats? How to choose?
“It breaks your heart when someone leaves and you don’t know why.”
"It may be raining but there's a rainbow above you" Former President Donald Trump early Thursday touted the results of a new NPR/PBSNewsHour/Marist pollshowing him ahead of President Joe Biden by 8 percentage points among independents.
My best to the Murph. I still remember Susan Banks leaving, Keith Radford asking him a stupid question, and the Murph flexing his hands on the table, grinning insanely, looking over at Radford and giving him something like "Well, I don't know Keith, what do you think ?".
Radford looks terrified, Murph looks gleeful, and they cut to a commercial. When they come back, Murph isn't there, Radford is sweating.
I think the Murph got along well with Susan Banks.
His calls in the comeback game are so burned into my brain that I can watch the highlights with no sound and still hear them.
The NFL had ****ty TV blackout rules back then and I remember listening to that game and numerous other blacked out games on the radio, with him doing the calls. He’s not quite as legendary as RJ is to the Sabres, but he’s close.

Hope he pulls through.
I think you're remembering Van Miller, pretty sure Murphy was not even on the radio crew at that time.
