Wow. Didn't expect that. At least two weeks ramp up though.

If the Bills can get past Bengals ... you may see Hyde on the field. I can't imagine the Bills put him out there before that.

That is FANTASTIC NEWS!!!!!

The Bills got through their injury bug (relatively) early in the year. They are (relatively) very healthy now.

Philly enjoyed very few injuries during the season....but now, they are getting hit big time. Hurts shoulder is going to be an issue.

Cincy has recently lost both their starting RG and RT. La’el Collins is not coming back....in IR. Alex Cappa went out of the last game in the 3rd Q and did not retune with an ankle injury. He is listed as questionable for this weekend.

Amazingly, the status of the Bills short injury list, going into the playoffs, may be a strength. If Hyde and Crowder can actually play effectively, it will be a HUGE boost.

If he can make it back this season, it will be a remarkable recovery from a surgery that usually sidelines guys 6-9 months.

Micah Hyde could return if Bills play in AFC Championship Game, Super Bowl

Bills safety Micah Hyde (https://www.nbcsportsedge.com/football/nfl/player/862/micah-hyde), who was declared out for the season (https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2022/09/24/agent-micah-hyde-out-for-season-with-neck-injury/) with a neck injury in September, has a chance to return — but not this week, and not next week.
After Hyde returned to practice this week (https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2023/01/11/micah-hyde-jamison-crowder-return-to-bills-practice/), Bills coach Sean McDermott said today that there’s a chance Hyde could return to play in the AFC Championship Game or the Super Bowl.

It’s a shame we don’t have Von for the playoffs. He’s a different animal when the lights are the brightest. Time to see if we have any youngsters with that potential.

He hasn't been on the sidelines during the games because of the potential need to move fast.

Typical **** Buffalo luck. They spent big on him to get after Mahomes, then he gets hurt and isn't available for the playoffs.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: this team used up 3 generations worth of luck on the Comeback Game, and won't have good luck again until everyone who remembers that game is dead. It's not rational or scientific. But there is no rational or scientific explanation to explain what has happened since that day.

I still think we waste WAY to much money on Von. Too late in his career. Even a couple days after his surgery, he was like, I’m in a good place no need to worry about it. I’ll be back when I’m back. Of course you will be, with a freaking boat load of money. Maybe a 1or 2 year contract but for all the plays he took off before the injury so he wouldn’t get hurt, I’d rather have paid Edmunds and he’s not with it!

von singlehandedly won us 3 games this year.

he paid for his salary and then some against KC alone.

-no, he's not being paid too much.

We would need him for Cincy and KC where his presence would make a noticeable impact. 3/4 NFC teams are run-first and the Cowboys won’t make it to the SB.

So if he is indeed out this week, then he would be risking it all just for the Chiefs game. If he wants to give it a go, then let him. He’s an aging (but not washed) vet still chasing a ring. Poyer already put his career on the line to help us beat KC earlier this year, so let it be Hyde’s turn if he wants it.

Yeah but this is the time of the year we brought him in for and he’s not here. I think he’ll have nagging injuries the rest of the contract. All I’m saying is there’s a lot of wear on that body. I think we overpaid the contract was too long.
