Cool ... I thought it might be Pittsburgh.

Former President Donald Trump early Thursday touted the results of a new NPR/PBSNewsHour/Marist poll showing him ahead of President Joe Biden by 8 percentage points among independents.

That was the talk a few days ago.

But as of today, it's all about the Queens of Teal.

After Indy and Detroit said they couldn’t host it I expected it to be Atlanta. About the same distance from both cities.

Wish they would have done it somewhere open air since both teams have open air stadiums.

I'm good with Josh Allen in a dome.

            Let's get there 1st.

The drawback is it would mean playing Mahomes in a dome.

Of course, that's exactly what the NFL wants: two of the best QB's in the game going at it in a stadium where weather isn't a factor. They're hoping for this game to happen and hoping it's another 41-38 affair.

Mahomes also has to play Josh Allen in a dome.

It really is a smart selection.

The NFL wants a fast track and a shootout between the two biggest stars in the NFL...the marquee matchup.

Atlanta is very easy to get to since it is a major airline hub.

This is the precursor to AFC / NFC permanently at neutral cite with host cities bidding and week long events leading up to the 2 mini superbowls.

Monster money grab for the league.

ATL is a usual layover for many flights, it's really easy to get there especially in Feb.

Oh, the irony. I went to the 1st playoff game in KC. We had to connect through Atlanta. The flight from Baltimore to Atlanta was easy. The flight from there to KC was like the worst moment of the pandemic for me. I would have stayed home if I knew what it was going to be like.

It would have been so much better to just stay in Atlanta.

That sounds about right. Surprised there was not a non-stop Southwest flight between BWI and MCI.

I’ve flown through Atlanta too any times to keep count. It’s a chore. Not a pleasant one.
