Buccaneers head coach Todd Bowles said a couple of days ago that there was no decision (https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2023/01/17/todd-bowles-theres-been-no-decision-on-byron-leftwichs-future/) about offensive coordinator Byron Leftwich’s future with the team, but the Bucs have now made that decision and it will result in a change in Tampa.
Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times reports that the Bucs have fired (https://www.tampabay.com/sports/bucs/2023/01/19/bucs-fire-offensive-coordinator-byron-leftwich/) Leftwich. That move was widely expected after the Bucs finished 25th in points scored during the regular season and flamed out offensively again in their playoff loss to the Cowboys.

Not sure that was a good idea. Leftwich will land on his feet.

Not real sure Bowles is the guy you wanted to succeed Arians though anyway.

Doubt they find an OC who can use the fading Brady if he comes back, and now they don't have anyone to try to develop a young QB they don't have if Brady doesn't come back.

It won't end well for the Bucs.

He was Brady's guy. I guess this means Brady won't be a Buc next year. Todd Bowles taking the Buccaneers down the same road he took the Jets.
